Reiter Foothills Monthly Dig

Saturday, 9:00 AM - 1:30 PM

This is our monthly Saturday workparty which will be at Reiter Foothills. We'll be working on Boogeyman either building up features or realigning the trail for better flow depending on the weather we get for the day. We'll meet at the 429th parking lot(no parking pass required) and then drive or carpool down the road and through the gated forest road towards the trails. RSVP through social events or an email(contact at skyvalleymtb.org) is preferred to help get a headcount for tools. We'll have tools for everyone RSVP'd plus a few extra just in case, so only work gloves, food, water and yourself are needed!

Lord Hill: Rock Candy Bypass Workparty

Tuesday, 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM

We'll spend the day to focus on tackling some core maintenance on the multi use(hikers, bikers and equestrians) Rock Candy Bypass trail. We'll be clearing out drains, and graveling some sections of trail to help the trails stay dry and less mucky for the rest of the rain season. If you're new to trailwork, this is a great way to learn the essentials and makes for a pretty light day!

We'll meet at 2:00PM at the barn located at the park’s north entrance to go over what we're doing for the day before hiking out to the trails. Tools are provided, but be sure to bring some work gloves and any essentials(food, water, layers, etc.) to stay comfortable for the day.

Registration is required through Snohomish County's Volunteer Portal. The event can be found using the following link: https://cerv.is/0282gLzAcRE

Reiter Foothills: Boogeyman Workparty(Come & Go)

Tuesday, 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM

We're working out of Reiter Foothills in the clearcut section of Boogeyman. We've finished reworking the trail in the clearcut and now we're starting from the top to get all the features built up and dialed in! This is a Come & Go Workparty. Meet on the trail any time after the start time and stay for however long works for you. We'll have tools and someone experienced on the trail during the event times so all you need is some work gloves and layers to stay comfortable for the days weather! Bikes recommended!
